Delivery

Standard Delivery - £5.99 or FREE over £99*

Available to UK Mainland - EXCLUDES purchases made in store for home delivery. Delivery charges for in store purchases will be calculated by distance from store

• In normal circumstances, we aim to deliver items marked standard delivery (smaller parcels) within 5-7 working days for orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
• Orders are sent via a DPD Next Day service. On the morning of the day of delivery you will receive a 1-hour delivery window via email or text.
• Orders containing "pre-orders" will be despatched when the order is complete.
• Pre-order delivery dates are estimated, and are therefore subject to change.
• Highlands delivery is available with a surcharge calculated at checkout. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.
• If standard items are ordered with larger items marked 2 Man or Pallet Delivery, the items will be combined with that delivery method.
• Please note that plants are not despatched on Fridays.

Large and Heavy Items - FREE over £99*

Available to UK Mainland. Additional charges may apply - these will be calculated at checkout.

• Larger items, including garden furniture, will be delivered via the appropriate courier. We offer  a courier service to UK mainland addresses from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). You will receive an email after placing your order advising which service will be used.
• For products held in stock we aim to deliver within 7-10 working days of your order, providing the courier is able to contact you to arrange a suitable delivery day.
• Please ensure you provide a telephone number and email address to enable our courier to contact you and avoid a delay.
• If we have attempted to deliver on the pre-booked day but no one is at the delivery address, the following charges will apply:-  Pallet deliveries - £50 per pallet, 2 man deliveries - £70. 
• For bulk compost orders,  delivery will be made on pallets. Unfortunately the delivery company will be unable to remove items from the pallet or take the pallet away with them and delivery will be made to the kerbside.
• Please note that your order may be delivered on a very large vehicle, up to 18T and good access will be required. If you are unsure whether a large vehicle can access your address, please contact us BEFORE placing your order.
• Please email the team at enquiries@britishgardencentres.com if you have any queries about the delivery of a large item. We'll be happy to help.
• Orders for large deliveries to offshore islands and parts of the Highlands incur a surcharge. Please contact us for further details.

Events Tickets - FREE e-delivery

• After placing your order, you will receive an email with your e-ticket which you can print or save.
• Please ensure the email address you provide is correct and check your spam/junk folder.
