Valerie Leary

Valerie Leary is a 12+ year marketing veteran with a strong B2B tech and SaaS background. Having led demand generation and field marketing at powerhouse brands such as LivePerson, goMoxie, 8x8 and IntraLinks, she lives for KPIs, outside the box strategy and embodies what it means to roll up your sleeves. As Head of Studios, she oversees content development, production schedules, client services and all things demand generation. She has a unique approach to “inch wide, mile deep” marketing that spins ABM on its head and deeply enjoys mapping credibility content assets to every point of the funnel. She lives in NJ with her husband, two daughters and rescue shih tzu and loves to talk about the time she ran the NYC marathon (seriously, just ask her.).

Michael Mehlhorn

Michael Mehlhorn is a creative producer with over thirteen years of experience crafting engaging video marketing content and helping brands develop a strong creative presence throughout their organizations. From go-to-market product launches and explainer videos to weekly livestreams and virtual events, Michael has experience driving projects from early-stage concepts to multinational marketing campaigns, directing both the creative vision and the marketing strategy to achieve each client’s specific outcomes. With a strong understanding and love of the B2B, tech and SaaS space, Michael loves a good marketing challenge; his favorite challenges and adventures, however, come from keeping his four-year-old son Brad entertained. When he isn’t directing teams behind the camera you can often find him binging the latest pop culture Netflix series, discovering a new local brewery, or planning a post-quarantine Disney vacation.

Erik Helin

Erik Helin has been a journeyman writer for more than a decade, beginning in journalism, moving to in-house copy direction followed by social video production before landing in digital marketing, and freelancing all the while. Long story short, if there’s a type of content from taglines to e-books, odds are Erik has created it at some point. Topics too—Erik is just as comfortable writing about the best dive bars in Brooklyn (Irene’s) as he is industrial process automation. He brings this unique versatility to Studios where he serves as a content manager. Erik grew up in one of the less impressive suburbs of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and currently lives in Brooklyn with his wife and accident-prone cat, David Ruffin. Come to him for music recommendations.

Daniela Mancinelli


Daniela Mancinelli began with N6A in 2015 managing a roster of clients in the Consumer/Lifestyle Group. In just six short years, Daniela’s commitment to client services, customer success, employee engagement, as well as branding and communications has brought her to her role as the agency’s Chief Executive Officer. She has been an integral part of rapidly scaling N6A’s business, proving herself invaluable on projects including a wholesale refocus of N6A as the Outcome Relations Agency. Daniela is uniquely suited to promoting N6A’s performance-oriented culture, coming up through more than 15 years of experience in luxury PR, branding and marketing, and media channels including NBC Universal, Sony Pictures, Lionsgate, and Paramount. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University, and dual MBAs from the Swiss School of Management, Rome, and INSEEC in Paris.

John Hannaway


John Hannaway oversees business operations and strategy, benefits administration and IT functions at N6A. John began his career in the development office of Aquinas Housing Corporation, a New York based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to developing, promoting and improving New York City affordable housing and economic development initiatives. Prior to joining N6A, John served as the Deputy Executive Director of that organization. John is a seasoned operations executive, and was named a silver winner of the 2017 Best in Biz Awards in the HR Executive of the Year category. John is a graduate of The Catholic University of America, and resides in Westchester County, NY, with his wife Elizabeth and sons John & Hugh.

Jim Morris

Chief Financial Officer

Jim Morris oversees all financial functions across N6A’s global operation, including accounting responsibilities for N6A’s United States and Canadian entities, corporate financial statements, financial analysis and data reporting, financial counsel, competitive market research and other strategic financial initiatives to support N6A’s growth and scale objectives. Jim has nearly three decades of financial leadership experience with JP Morgan Chase, Barclays, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers. Prior to joining N6A, Jim served as Executive Director and CFO of JP Morgan Chase’s Global Wealth Management Technology Division. Jim holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Binghamton University and an MBA from Baruch College. He resides in Nassau County, NY, with his wife and children.

Trisha Larocchia

Chief Client Officer

Trisha Larocchia oversees all of N6A’s client service groups. With more than 11 years of experience developing insights-based, integrated marketing campaigns for a diverse set of B2C and B2B clients, Trisha is able to help clients craft compelling brand narratives, develop strategic media relations campaigns and foster influential partnerships to deliver impactful ROI.
Additionally, with a passion for measurement and analytics, Trisha is able to counsel clients on how to enhance campaign reporting and better measure the impact of targeted PR efforts on key business goals. Trisha graduated from Marist College and lives on Long Island with her husband, young son and dog.

Florence Lousqui Bogitsh

Florence Lousqui Bogitsh is the VP of the N6A Pro Services Group, which focuses on clients in the branding, marketing and professional services sectors. Before joining N6A in 2015 as an Account Manager, Florence worked in PR, digital marketing and market research in various countries including, France, Italy, the UK and Australia. She holds a BA in International Business and Italian and an MA in Luxury Brand Management from Regent’s University (European Business School), London. Florence was named N6A’s Chairman’s Pick in 2016. She resides in Brooklyn, NY with her husband.

Jacqueline Agudelo

Vice President

Jacqueline Agudelo oversees one of the more diverse groups at N6A with clients spanning the food and beverage, energy, hospitality, customer service, media/ad tech, HR, and benefits industries, among others. In 2016, Jacqueline was named winner of the “N6A Bucket List” competition which rewards the highest-producing N6A staff member over the second half of the year according to N6A’s signature KPI ranking system. Prior to joining N6A, Jacqueline spent eight years at Cataldi Public Relations – an award-winning boutique PR agency experienced at handling promotions, communications, and guerrilla marketing campaigns for some of the world’s best-known consumer products, media, and entertainment entities. There, she managed a broad range of accounts spanning television, technology, music, film, nonprofit, and more. Jacqueline graduated magna cum laude from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) with a BA in Advertising. She resides in Hoboken, NJ, with her husband.

Carrie Booze


Carrie Booze oversees N6A’s Cannabis Group, which represents a wide variety of companies within the legal cannabis industry. In addition to overseeing group operations, she provides messaging, branding and strategy support across her base of clients. Prior to joining N6A, Carrie served at the Marketing Director for Franklin Bioscience, a vertically integrated cannabis edibles company based in Denver, Colorado. During that time, Carrie conceptualized the company’s product branding and carried out the communication strategy as it expanded throughout the state and into Nevada’s burgeoning recreational market. Carrie is a graduate of the University of Colorado and currently resides in Manhattan, New York. Prior to joining N6A, Dante spent 15 years in the digital advertising industry. Most recently, he helped grow Causal IQ from $35M to $73M in revenue while expanding their Sales and Marketing team nationally. Prior to joining Causal IQ, Dante held senior leadership positions at Rhythmone, YuMe, and Thrillist Media.
